FLEAP FLAPP is a global social networking, content-sharing, live streaming, messaging, creator, and marketplace platform designed to connect people, creators, businesses, and communities worldwide.

Eligibility

FLEAP FLAPP is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information.
  • You are responsible for your account, password, and all activity under your account.
  • You may not create fake accounts, impersonate others, or bypass suspensions, restrictions, or bans.
  • You may not use FLEAP FLAPP for unlawful, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. By posting content, you grant FLEAP FLAPP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, promote, and make your content available through the platform.

Payments, Marketplace & Digital Items

  • FLEAP FLAPP may review, delay, hold, block, reverse, or cancel transactions for fraud prevention, security, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.
  • Sellers must provide accurate listings and may not sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or restricted items.
  • Virtual gifts, credits, badges, subscriptions, and promotional tools may have no real-world cash value unless clearly stated.
  • Digital items are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by FLEAP FLAPP.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit visibility, disable features, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts or devices, hold payments, or report serious violations where required or permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLEAP FLAPP is not liable for loss of data, financial loss, user-generated content, marketplace disputes, unauthorized account access caused by user actions, or service interruptions. FLEAP FLAPP’s total liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount paid to FLEAP FLAPP in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information when you use FLEAP FLAPP, including our mobile applications, websites, marketplace, messaging, live streaming, and related services.

Information We Collect

  • Name, username, email address, phone number, profile details, photos, videos, messages, reports, appeals, and support requests.
  • Device information, IP address, app version, language settings, usage activity, content interactions, diagnostic logs, and crash reports.
  • Location information if you enable location-based features.
  • Marketplace and payment-related information such as purchases, sales, listings, refunds, seller verification, transaction history, and support communications.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, personalize, and improve FLEAP FLAPP.
  • Enable messaging, content sharing, live streaming, marketplace features, and customer support.
  • Detect scams, fraud, spam, abuse, harmful content, policy violations, and suspicious activity.
  • Process payments through trusted third-party payment providers.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.

Artificial Intelligence & Safety Systems

FLEAP FLAPP may use automated technologies, artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, fraud-detection tools, and human review to help detect harmful content, scams, spam, fraud, policy violations, and suspicious activity. Automated systems may assist human reviewers but may not always be accurate.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, security vendors, legal authorities when required, or parties involved in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

Account Deletion & Data Retention

Users may request account deletion through platform settings or by contacting support. Some records may be retained when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security investigations, tax obligations, payment disputes, or enforcement.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your information. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@fleapflapp.com.

FLEAP FLAPP welcomes users from all countries, cultures, languages, and backgrounds. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, inclusive, and trustworthy global community.

Respect & Safety

  • No harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, doxxing, or repeated unwanted contact.
  • No hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, immigration status, veteran status, or other protected characteristics.
  • No threats, encouragement of violence, graphic violence for shock value, or promotion of criminal behavior.

Adult Content & Child Safety

  • No pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual acts, nudity intended to arouse viewers, sexual solicitation, escort ads, adult webcam services, or fetish content.
  • FLEAP FLAPP has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, predatory behavior, child trafficking, or endangerment of minors.
  • Violations involving minors may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

Scams, Fraud & Deception

  • No financial scams, romance scams, fake giveaways, fake investments, pyramid schemes, impersonation, identity theft, fraudulent fundraising, or chargeback abuse.
  • Never send money, gift cards, banking details, passwords, or financial information to users you do not know or trust.

Marketplace Rules

  • Sellers must accurately describe products or services and follow applicable laws and FLEAP FLAPP policies.
  • Illegal products, stolen goods, counterfeit items, fraudulent listings, controlled substances, dangerous products, and human trafficking-related content are prohibited.

Live Streaming Rules

  • Live streams may not include sexual activity, nudity, harassment, hate speech, scams, fraud, illegal activity, dangerous challenges, or copyrighted content without permission.
  • FLEAP FLAPP may end streams immediately, remove recordings, restrict live-streaming access, or suspend accounts for violations.

Reporting & Appeals

Users may report violations through in-app tools or by emailing safety@fleapflapp.com. Appeals should generally be submitted within fourteen (14) days of an enforcement action.

FLEAP FLAPP Marketplace is a platform that allows eligible users, sellers, creators, and businesses to list products or services. Sellers are responsible for their listings, customer communication, fulfillment, legal compliance, and accurate product descriptions.

Seller Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful listings, accurate pricing, clear product details, and honest availability.
  • Deliver items or services as described and respond to buyer concerns in good faith.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, taxes, shipping rules, refund obligations, and platform policies.
  • Do not direct buyers to unsafe payment methods or attempt to bypass FLEAP FLAPP protections.

Prohibited Listings

  • Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe, misleading, or restricted products.
  • Weapons, controlled substances, human trafficking-related content, fraudulent services, scams, or products prohibited by applicable law.
  • Listings that contain harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, or deceptive claims.

Marketplace Enforcement

FLEAP FLAPP may remove listings, restrict sellers, hold funds, reverse transactions, suspend marketplace access, or permanently ban accounts when fraud, abuse, policy violations, or legal risks are detected.

Creators may use FLEAP FLAPP to share content, build audiences, livestream, promote services, and access eligible monetization tools where available.

Creator Responsibilities

  • Create original content or content you have legal permission to use.
  • Follow all Community Guidelines, copyright rules, advertising laws, marketplace rules, and platform safety standards.
  • Do not mislead users, sell fake engagement, manipulate metrics, run scams, or exploit supporters.

Virtual Gifts, Subscriptions & Digital Features

Virtual gifts, credits, badges, premium features, subscriptions, promotional tools, and similar digital features may have no real-world cash value unless clearly stated. FLEAP FLAPP may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue monetization features at any time where permitted by law.

Monetization Enforcement

Violations may lead to loss of monetization access, payment holds, content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Ownership

  • FLEAP FLAPP’s name, logo, designs, branding, platform layout, code, software, and related intellectual property are owned by FLEAP FLAPP or its licensors.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, misuse, or exploit FLEAP FLAPP’s intellectual property without authorization.

User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of their content but grant FLEAP FLAPP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, promote, and make that content available through the Service.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on FLEAP FLAPP violates your intellectual property rights, contact support.team@fleapflapp.com with enough information for us to review the claim.
